“What we plant must be returned to us” Earl Nightingale
This morning as I listened to the “Strangest Secret” I had some new insight I would like to share. A farmer must reap what he plants. He can’t plant one thing and hope for another. He went on to say if we think about what hasn’t happened, or what we don’t want, or where we don’t want to be then we will attract that into our life. In order to reach our goals we must thing about our goal. He goes on to suggest that you write on an index card what the one goal is you want to attract and over the next 30 days you focus on that single goal with the mind-set it is already yours. On the other side of the card you write the passage from the sermon on the mount:
“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
Carry this with you and read it several times a day. If you have any negative thoughts come, just read this card and remind yourself of what you are attracting into your life.
For me I have positive affirmations all over me home and have them memorized. Like a to do list I play them over and over in my head and find the worry and doubt decrease the more I do this. Take today and commit to allowing yourself to know you are worthy of living your dreams and then take steps to make that a reality. C.Nordyke
